Hi, I’m Danielle!

I am passionate about helping companies understand their existing and potential customers. I am most fulfilled spending my days interviewing customers and helping them to open up about their wants, needs and pain-points. When I discovered my gifts and that I could make a career out of connecting with people and distilling what they say into helpful steps for companies, I was hooked.

A decade ago my heart was called away from France back to the bay area after spending four years studying Design Management and working in Paris. Upon my return to San Francisco, I worked at design consulting firms Smart Design and then LUNAR. Most recently, I completed the last four years immersed in the world of Fintec and small business owners at Square, working across all product teams including Point of Sale, Seller Experience, Marketing, Payroll, Capital, and Hardware.

I now live in Oakland with my husband, our two daughters, and our two sweet cats. When the laptop is down you can find me physically immersed in the world of crafts; painting, sewing, embroidering, stamping, dyeing, weaving and everything in between.
